Terrible experience. As a hotel manager myself, I have an idea about appropriate customer service and the Quality Inn Expo Center failed miserably. Musty, mildewed smell; room was burning up, apparently they don't leave any A/C on evn when it is 95 degrees outside. Ratty towels, stained hand towel with live bug in it. Refused to switch us rooms. My 2-year old daughter had to suffer sleeplessly in the heat the whole night. The next day the manager's response was "Well, we can't please everybody." Do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs. We have aready reported them to AAA and will be contacting the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and the Health Department as well.
