<description>I went to Tokyo in April 2007 with my friends Phillip and Junko Thomson and I loved the city so much I have decided to go back December 5. The food, the people, the culture is totally fascinating.

I left my friends and caught the Shinkosen (bullet train) to Kyoto and stepped into another world.

Gion is the old city, with many wonderful restaurants and buildings, this is where the tourists go &quot;geisha spotting&quot;

A contrast old old and new, the railway station is the most modern anywhere.</description>
