We're moving here for sure! ... Dan & I leave around the 25th to arrive there for Oct.1st ... We found a 4 bedroom house in SW Calgary! Scared to go, now I'm getting excited!!!!!!!!!! 54 others are going here

Harriet is promoting Tuscan for a TB Meet-up!...perhaps I'll get the opportunity to go & meet my friend...I think the meet-up is becoming more of a reality...I can't wait to press 'BOOK' for my flight!! 30 others are going here

Most Memorable Travel Experience
Hong Kong: Receiving $600RMB from a stranger when the ATM didn't 'spit' my $ out, cabby waited for me, then I 'jumped in' to quickly catch my flight that I luckily didn't miss
Macau: I learnt the importance of kleenex, what a memory LOL Guangzhou: freely J-walking while cars passed by quickly & also trying/eating deep fried OCTOPUS ... hmmmm Beijing: WOW, I can now say "I walked The Great Wall" Michigan: Standing in Lake Superior; though cold I loved it Profile
An 'Army Brat' addicted to TB. With TB I have met so many new friends on-line, talkin' on the telephone, & through TB Meet-Ups!!!
I love travelling, photography, skiing, camping, politics etc. Happily married and we have 3 beautiful young girls: 14, 12, & 8 and our dog FURBEEE I would love to teach OVERSEAS ~ to teach & explore the world at the same time, now that would be a 'trip'!Presently, I'm taking a break but come Jan.09 it's back to the books ... I'm moving from Sudbury to Calgary October 1st, 2008 so studies will continue at U of C ... the move now is exciting; I'll meet new people, get involved in politics (as I do in Sudbury), and meet TB'ers in Calgary I just booked my flight to Tuscan, Arizona ... YIPPY ... Dan and I are going to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2009; are you?

Sudbury, Canada -› -› ...
Greater Sudbury,home to Science North. Of course we're known for the Big Nickel,it's huge & I almost forgot Dynamic Earth.If you want to do slots or bet at races, Sudbury offers both; Sudbury Downs-harness racing, oneday I should go.I'm proud of Sudbury, once barin of trees etc. from the mining of nickel, gold,&copper (pollution from the smoke stack) but moss & trees etc. flourish now as Sudbury filters out only clean air!

Went to Montreal as planned and surprisingly wondered where all the TB'ers were ... but within 15 minutes Mario26 and Valerie showed up ... slowly throughout the evening more 'trickled in' ... the night went on ,,, getting better and better by the hours ... the pictures say it all ... LOL

Travelled to Hong Kong (solely) from Canada! I later flew to Guangzhou where I looked for my friend's father who held my name up in the airport among others surrounding him.He mainly spoke Cantonese & he took me on a personal tour of Guangzhou,I will forever remember!Day later with friends left for Macau, great day we had!Two days later we flew to Beijing where we met a tour guide for Beijing. He later got us onto a train to Xi'an (9 day tour of Asia) to short but either way I'm going back!
