London is a year-round tourist centre, with few of its attractions closing or significantly reducing their opening hours in winter. Your best chance of good weather is at the height of summer in July and August, but there's certainly no guarantee of sun even in those months - plus it's when you can expect the biggest crowds and highest prices. It's a cosmopolitan mix of Third and First Worlds, chauffeurs and beggars, the stubbornly traditional and the proudly avant-garde.

Nigeria (Lagos)
Jul 19, 2001 - Nov 30, 2001
Nigeria offers a variety of tourist attractions such as roomy river and ocean beaches(not safe though-my friend were almost drowned in one occassion)unique wildlife, vast tracts of unspoiled nature ranging from tropical forest. The lack of required modern infrastructural facilities and in some parts of the country acute conditions of underdevelopment and poverty can be seen which many potential Nigeria bound tourist may not like to be confronted with.
