playa magdalena is the main beach of the small coastal town of cedeira located in the northernmost coast of spain in the province of galicia.
it is the first beach i actually swam in spain and in the atlantic ocean! the beach is more of a mouth of the river that empties into the atlantic ocean. it has also a beautiful riviera, the avenida del amorante moreno, which has full of bars and cafes which you can sit around. may tourist would think that playa magdalena is the only beach in cedeira! but not! it is only the most visited! the problem is that, some ships and small motor boats docked near the harbor and smell of oil and gas mix with the water! but its still amazingly clean! as you can actually see fishes swimming in the shore and in the mouth of the river! the river and the and the beach playa magdalena was fairly dried up because of low tide. i took some pics of the beautiful town of cedeira! this will be our last full day as we will leave for madrid tomorrow in the afternoon. there were no tourist. no loads of people… when bad things happen to bad people like me ^_^ hahahahaha |

hahahahahait has a promenade along the it's main beach called playa magdalena - the promenade runs all the way down to the fish factory where most of the young men in the town works. cedeira is such a FUCKING LAID BACK OLD TOWN that you can relax just by doing nothing! you just have to be there… el pueblo de los hippies y bohemians! bring it on cedeira! |
