On a bright sunny day in July 2007 I was traveling through Crawfordsville Indiana on state route 231 when suddenly a traffic signal light fell off a cable and did $1400.00 damages to my vehicle. Guess what! The state of Indiana will not fulfill their obligation to the motoring public and refused to pay for the damages.
