i recently found this really funny documentary called Growin' A Beard about the annual Shamrock, Tx St. Patrick's Day Donegal beard contest that has inspired me to start planning a road trip down to the texas panhandle to display my fine hirsute leprechaun-like self. about the only rule to the contest is that you have to shave on jan 1 and show up in shamrock, texas on st. patty's day with a Donegal beard. so this is my beard growth progression.....

3km zip line course above the cloud forest canopy, hot springs at the base of arenal (the 10th most active volcano on the planet), surfing in dominical, diving off of cano island, sea turtles, white tip sharks, humpback whales, howler monkeys, tree boas. amazing trip.. this is just a sampling of the photos..the rest are on my web site @ www.photomistic.com
