Nicola, otherwise known as nickleback, is the baby of the group. Always smiling and unfortunately singing, she never fails to pick the group up with her high spirits . Nick brings a bit of culture to the group with her upper midle class manner ...don´t you know. Nickleback has been adopted as the official translater of the group, her ability to speak spanish like a local is surpassed only by her ability to attract every male within a ten mile radius.

When it comes to the evening, Nicola has been known to morph into a cuba libre chugging, salsa dancing maniac (which we have all had the pleasure of witnessing).

Work wise, she gets stuck in, wielding a machete like a true Ecuadorian and amazing us all with her stupidly high energy levels.

Now we come to nicola´s appetite... wow i have never seen so much food go into something so small on such a regular basis. Nick by far out eats ten men and still has room for dessert! Well done nickleback we salute you.
