Going to France for a week all by myself, as my first time away from home ever! Scary but exhilarating!
Profile
As a second generation bellydancer, Nefabit grew up on stage. Ever since she could walk, she has followed in her mother, Delilah Ra’s footsteps. Her love of movement also lead her to train in ballet, hula, Irish step, figure skating, hip-hop, gymnastics, classical Indian dance, flamenco, Tahitian, yoga and martial arts. Nefabit always knew she would make something of a career out of dance, but when she saw the Bellydance Superstars in 2001, she knew that was what she was going to do one day. At that point she settled on bellydance as her first and foremost passion in life and has trained solely in bellydane, strengthening and defining her technique. At age twelve, Nefabit began performing, as well as teaching classes with Delilah, and at sixteen began teaching on her own. Since its inception, Nefabit has been co-owner and choreographer for the Mystik Dream Dance Company, as well as an acomplished soloist.
