if your in the mood for crepes..... Jan 18, 2009
My friend Mike told me that Momi's is the ultimate place to get relief from a burning hangover, so finally I had a chance to check the place out.
The big problem with Momi's cafe is that is it small and the hours are tough for a working man, since it closes early, and is closed sunday. However despite these problems, this place is magnificant, and if you're around the mag mile in the morning be sure to check it out. The main draw of Momi's cade is Momi, a serbian immigrant who has mad crepe making skills. It serves both breakfast crepes and lunch crepes. Bonnie got the rasberry crepe, which is filled with creme and a rasberry puree. I got the veggie crepe which had mushrooms and swiss cheese among other things. Momi is also a barista, and they have a full selection of coffee based drinks. All entree's are less than 6 dollars. So if you're in chicago, go to Momi's for a Crepe Meal.
