Summary of my travels since starting to travel for work in 2004. Three continents and three jobs later, this blog is an ongoing work in process. All locations are entered through present, will be adding descriptions and pictures as I have the opportunity. After numerous meet-ups in countries like Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, we all grabbed our passports and decided to head north to the uncharted expanses of Fryslân.

For a fun way to kill a Saturday, a couple people from work and I decided to do the KD Cruise from Rudessheim to Koblenz. Castles galore!

Meet up #5 at the Efteling in Katsheuvel, the Netherlands. Also quite a lot of time eating and drinking in Tilburg, the Netherlands with the great group of Travbuddies who showed up for Devika's meet-up.

Anamorenoramos hosted what turned out to be my fourth meetup (fifth if you count the very mini Shanghai meet-up) for the Schloss Lighting on Saturday, June 7, 2008.

After seeing some comments on a forum post about a lack of Singapore TB meet-ups, some pre-work started for a meet-up in June. Well, I was going in May, so next thing I knew, Winnie was arranging a meet-up for the Tuesday, my last night in Singapore.

Not a very original topic, but I've been noticing a recurring theme in many of my blogs and photos where Beer is playing a prominent part, so I will try to show some of the many brews I have tried throughout my travels, and when I can, will try to give reviews of them as well...

If you are not well aware by now, there was an amazing meet-up in Dusseldorf on the weekend of April 18-20, 2008. The Incredible Lauro managed to finesse 50 travbuddies to come together for a giant group dinner on Saturday evening. So many of us couldn't wait that we had an unofficial mini-meet the day before, and many people stayed for another the following day. Unfortunately I had to be back in Eindhoven on Sunday for the PSV Championship so I missed those events, but had an amazing time!

Wow! Easily moved into the number two spot for my favorite city ever...
