We are a middle aged couple from Farmingdale, Maine. This year our journey will take us to several countries. We will be departing Boston on August 20th and landing in London for the day. I book a flight with a 9 hour layover in London for a quick photo/video opportunity. We depart London at 7 pm aboard Fin Air flight 5770 to Helsinki and at 1:45 pm arrival in Bangkok. On the 23rd/24th we will depart Bangkok overland to Siem Reap/Angkor Wat (via Aranyaprathet), for a few days and on to Phnom Penh for a couple more eventually ending up in Saigon/HCM city. We will fly back to bangkok for a few more days before departing on the 2nd of September. We occasionally meet people while traveling and always have memorable times to reflect on later. Unfortunately this year we will be lucky to find a beach on our journey. Last year we visited three of the Hawaiian Islands and hit almost every beach including a few black sand beach.
