Stops for coffee/tea and the sweet tooth in Dresden

We all need a break from sightseeing or shopping, we need caffeine to recharge the batteries, and we all crave the sweet stuff, from fancy cakes to chocolate. Besides, many cafes are great places for people watching or meeting with friends.
