When the time has come to leaving Australia,and you depart from Perth airport and you have the change to find a seat,ask for a window seat on the right side of the plane.If the plane is taking off in the direction of the city you will have a great vieuw over the city of perth( when there is a clear sky and no bushfires.)
After take of you will make a right turn over the city and if you are flying to for example singapore you will follow the coast line of Australia and see parts of Indonesia.
