An American in Cuba

I flew to Jamaica for my cousins wedding for a week, but the tourist-ridden streets of Ochio Rios left me desiring for adventure. So I hopped aboard a flight bound for Havana alone with no plan or knowledge of possible punishment by the American government. It turned out to be one of the best trips of my life!

Indonesia & Thailand, July 2007

My friend and I decided to travel across a few islands of Indonesia by motorcycle. I stopped over for a week in Bangkok to see some friends and then headed to Bali and Lombok for 2 weeks of exploring, SCUBA training, and monkeys!

The start of my year of travel, kicked off with New Years Eve in Rio de Janeiro, 90 hours of bus rides across Brazil, Argentina, and Chile, and topping it off with Rio again. Wow and uau!

Hawaii 5 oh!

My friend found a round-trip ticket for $300, so I jumped on a plane the next day for a 5-day mini vaycay. We spent one night in a hostel, one night on a living room floor, one night in a 5 star resort, and one night we popped open the roof of our convertible and slept under the stars!
