Most Memorable Travel Experience
Italy and Florence in particular was one of my favourite places in Europe. In particular the great food in Tuscany and the fun space elctronic discos where I danced the night away!!!
Getting so sunburnt in Nice that I actually glowed, and causing my feet to swell to double their normal size!
Drinkings steins of beer and actually enjoying it and wine tasting in Germany.
Getting lost in Venice. The Rialto bridge was only 5 minutes away but it took an hour and a half to get there!
New York was my all time favourite city, I loved navigating the subway, eating a cupcake at the Magnolia bakery, the Sex and the City tour, I heart NY t-shirts, pizza, Central Park, Times Square, Manhattan mini mall, EVERYTHING!!!!

I was never really interested in travel until my friend Bree convinced me to join her an a semi around the world trip and I had the time of my life. Now all I think about is travel and the next place I want to visit!!! I guess you can say I got the bug! Unfortunately travel is expensive so I am saving so I can go away again...

For Christmas my Mum got my sister and I plane tickets to Cairns. We stayed with friends in Cairns and then drove North to Port Douglas and stayed in a resort for 3 nights. It was a great trip, despite the frogs, geckos,mosquitos, and other creepy crawlies!!!

This blog is documenting everything that I did on my round the world trip last July 2007 with my friend Bree. It was my very first overseas trip and it consisted of a stay in Signapore, before heading to London to begin an 18 day Contiki European Impressions tour, we then spent time with family in Wales before heading back to London. We then flew to New York for another quick contiki tour, and finished up in Hawaii for a relaxing finish. We quite literally did a full circle of the globe.
