We were here for one night in August.
Saw the beautiful painted havelis in Mandawa.

The Hotel Mandawa Haveli is a lovely glorious 19th century restored haveli, so it is very authentic. Just beautiful. The walls are very colourfull. The rooms are clean but negative thing is the staff. The staff is not very nice and in the morning they serve you a very ordinary breakfast in a small room which is not so clean. Beware that the staff always expect tip from you.

Our room (with twin beds) was really little room with collection of odd windows looking out at the colourfull courtyard.
The rooms are in different sizes but all very authentic. Our room "Gwala" was great: small, cold water in the shower though, perhaps because it is off season.

You will find hotel Mandawa Haveli in the middle of Mandawa.

It was really nice to experience an authentic haveli but I don't know if I would go back there again because of the staff, it made this magical stay not very pleasant.
