This morning Eisa introduced us to his good friend, Rashid, the mayor of Fujairah.  While Kimberli and the kids took advantage of the beach one last time, Rashid, Eisa, and Sean had coffee (yes, Sean, who is “not old enough for coffee” has acquired a taste for Arabic coffee) and went to FujSeng to discuss a few of the development projects that Eisa is involved in for the city.  Rashid asked Sean to import two cars for him…and eggs?!?  We returned to Father’s house where...

Depart a l’aube (8h30) pour une excursion en 4x4 dans la montagne. Comme il n’y a pas de montagne dans l’Emirat de Dubai, on est parti vers l’est et on a traverse differents Emirats ainsi qu’un morceau d’Oman (le decoupage des Emirats et des pays voisins est assez illogique pour les non inities dont je fais partie) pour arriver dans l’Emirat de Fujairah en bordure de l’ocean indien.
