Trieste is a beautiful city I visit it quite often. It is not too touristy luckily!

Re: What are your travel plans for 2018?

Still not decided but I'm thinking to go to Europe to celebrate the new year eve 2018 as there are so many party spots to enjoy a unique New-year night with lots of fun. Millions of people will be lining in the most famous cities of Europe such as London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, etc.

No real plans yet. Depends whether enough money rolls in during the next couple of months - a freelancer's woes. Perhaps Poland again?

Colorado in January, Barcelona in February, and Tokyo in March/April already booked. High probability for Russia in May and Kenya/Tanzania in October.

Re: What are your travel plans for 2018?

I haven't booked anything yet but I've been researching a little. I'm planning on backpacking for four months in Central America. Hopefully I can get a cheap flight deal to Southern Mexico, spend some time there and work my way through Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. I'm also debating whether to include Panama and go as far as Colombia. I may also do two/three stops in the States before I fly home at the end of April/early May.

Re: What are your travel plans for 2018?

Staycation may be in the plan for this year. I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Still in the process of losing weight. 40 pounds lost so far, another 20 to 30 to go. Just trying to concentrate on me and not seeing the rest of the world for the moment. Then again, a beach in Hawaii looks good right now next fall now that I am getting thinner and better looking after all this weight loss. HAHA!
