Černý Orel Prague Reviews
Medium Aug 01, 2010
Just when you come down from the castl and follow the road to the center you meet restaurant Černý Orel (Black Eagle). Is a nice looking place with a usefull garden at the entrance and a pretty big space inside furnished with old woody chairs and tables! Staff catch you just when you pass the entrance and this is between courtesy and hunting. But they are nice and they speak english and a little of italian, maybe some other more. Menu is riche enough, mostly of czech specialties; soups, goulash etc. I chose for spare ribs with vegetables and czech beer. Wasn't the best spare ribs I had in my life; eatable, but not wonderful! Beer was good as usual in Czech.
Price was in the average: around 20 euro for person!
Not my favourite kind of places when I'm abroad, but comfortable if you find on the way at lunch time!
