en-clave - Chicago - TravBuddy

This past weekend we went to en-clave in Chicago. I felt it was a little pricey even for the city- a vodka and Red Bull was $11 normally in the city they range from $5-9.
When you first walk in it reeks of smoke. I realize this is not totally their fault as Chicago (and all of Illinois) has a smoking ban and clubs scrambled to find a place for their smokers, en-clave just happened to do so right at their front door.
My other issue with this club was that there was no place to sit down. Let's be real when us girls go to the city we look good, and that means heels and heels mean pain after dancing for hours, we need someplace to sit! The only place to sit was if you had table service and sat on the couches. Even those were a little small if you had table service with a group of more than 5 which we did.
The DJ was pretty good and the go-go dancers were hot but this would not be the first place on my list to go back to!
