I went on this road trip from Charleston, our home, to San Diego, CA in 12 days with Jaz and my father, who was with us for the first half of it... When I was young, my family took a road trip every summer across country. To revisit and share the experiences of some of these places with my daughter was almost like reliving my childhood with her. I believe that is why this trip was so memorable for me!

After my class trip to Italy, I broke away and met up with my Mother and Jazmine. We had a great time!! Unfortunately, we were only there for 5 days. That was definately not enough time to do much, but what I got to see, I definately enjoyed!

This was a class trip I took to Italy through the Culinary Institute of Florence, Apicius, while I attended Trident Tech in Charleston, SC.
