Had a great time at this place, Edmonton is soooooooo cold during thanksgiving, so the mall is a good hideout, since they had a casino and an indoor rollercoaster!!! wohooo!

It was still early and we could check into our hotel yet, so we decided to visit the famous West Edmonton Mall. Without having to pull out a map, the mall is a big attraction and as many signs are leading you to it, as they are leading you to any major metropolis. We saw a sign off the road that read "West Edmonton Mall, next… "Did she just think we were prostitutes?" |

I was finally able to shed my extra layers when I reached the Edmonton City Centre Mall. This is NOT the famous West Edmonton Mall , that dwarfs many a small city with its giant water park, man made lake, skating rink, 2 mini golf courses, 21 movie theatres, Vegas style casino and amusement park with 25 rides and attractions… A River Runs Through It ....eh? |

The weather today was clear and in the 70's. There are a number of things to do in this town. Tomorrow we will go to a few flea markets. We plan on a day at the W. Edmonton Mall. This is one of the largest in North America. … Leg 2 |
