As my family ages, we're growing. Our oldest daughter and her husband just had their first baby, we travelled to Central Oregon to visit. Of course, she's beutiful. I didn't get many pics of the area...mostly just her. enjoy.

Went to Cedar City, UT. in July '06 got some tremendous pix of the various canyons and landscapes...beautiful!

My default pic is taken at a friends house. Our tradition is to have a team dinner in each area we visit. Since we were in his area, we went to his house for a home cooked meal. We each claimed our favorite course...mine is dessert. We are a team of inspectors, and are cautious of bribes. Our boss was not feeling well, so for a joke, we took pics of each of us being tempted with different weeknesses, then wrote a false newsletter and included the ways we might give a good score. he liked it

The purpose of the trip was work, but thankfully, I was able to visit some local attractions. The Spokane river was full, its highest level in years; so the falls were spectacular. They are also preparing for the annual Armed Forces parade,aka the Lilac Torchlight parade. I was havin a blast snappin off pics here and there, soaking in the sites and sun. Then my camera battery quit, and I realized my spare battery and charger are at my daughter's place...so I finished my adventure w/o pics.

This is the first official trip back home since I moved to Salem. I was lovin life, seeing the sites, looking at the river that's at its highest in years, the Spokane Falls are spectacular, everyone's buzzin around getting ready for the Armed Forces Parade,aka Lilac Torchlight Parade. I was havin fun until my camera battery died, and I realized my charger and backup are at my daughters place. I'll get the pics up shortly.
