super vacation at affordable price Jan 06, 2009
Dos palmas resort was more than expected. All meals are included in the price (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner) and the place was full but you didn't feel crowded... people were there but you still felt the place was quiet and you were on your own island. the room was very comfortable and our family fitted in one cottage (3 adult and 3 kids)-- they had a king size bed, a queen size and a sofa. Meals were very good. -- hotel level I might say.. although I felt the breakfast choices could be improved more.
The snorkeling activies were ok. The fish were out and about when I was there and there were huge schools of fish by the loading docks... the beach was relaxing...the rooms had no tv so it made you appreciate the surroundings more. |
