De Bräiläffel is phenomenal restaurant partnered with the Hotel Jacoby next door in Kleinbettingen, Luxembourg and is run by Aloyse Jacoby. Aloyse Jacoby is a former member of the national cooking team of Luxembourg and well respected active member of the world's culinary community. The cuisine is a wonderful mixture of French, Luxembourg, fish and wild game. A bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for in this restaurant. If you’re anywhere nearby in Luxembourg or even Belgium, its well worth your time to check out this hidden gem of a restaurant. And not to mention the great selection of wines and delicious desserts!!!
