The number one reason we want to go on this cruise, we get the opportunity to dive with wild dolphins on Isla de Cozumel. We took a cab to 'the' place to be... CLOSED, NO DOLPHINS. A month earlier a hurricane destroyed the island and the dolphins did leave the bay.
As alternative we took a roundtrip on the island with a cab. We drove over roads that just opened. We saw the damage of the hurricane. What an impact! It should be a beautifull country, but not at this time.  Part of the Caribean Cruise travel blog

I was surfing the web one day and saw a $158 return fare on Continental from Indianapolis to Cancun.
Come again? $158?? My "free" ticket to Cancun would be $60 because of taxes. You mean to tell me that for $98 m…… Beaches and cervezas! |

Cozumel is where I became a certified diver. Although it took away from the vacation a little, since I was in a classrom setting for all of one day. I did not get to see the sites everyone else in my group got to enjoy that day. Ho…… learning to scuba |
