We then went to the museum of Communism. This museum documented the time the Czech Republic was under Communism from after World War II to 1989. It's interesting to see a museum with more recent events including some I remember seeing on TV. The final Czech revolution, the Velvet… Gritty market, Wenceslas Square and the Museum of Communism

…2nd was basically our last day in Prague, and the first half of it was great, the three of us started off at the Czech Communist Museum, which was small but interesting, it touched on obviously the history of Communism in the Czech Republic, but also the different stages, from the Russian presence to The Velvet Revolution, which was basically a peaceful (relatively) transition from communism to a market based system… New Years Craziness in Prague - Prague, Czech Republic

Another must see is Wenceslas Square and the memorial to two students who burnt themsleves to death in the uprisings against communism in the late 1960's. The communist era was the subject of the aptly named Museum of Communism which was also an excellent must see. It provides a really informative general over view of the rise of communism, it's ideals, the reality and it's ultimate… Prague

We really hope to do this tomorrow along with the Museum of Communism. We will also hunt down the statues that I am dying to photograph. I think Is hall reserve wednesday for my little town of Vinohrady. All around my apartment are great things to see... especially the Baby tower (Zizkov tv tower). I treated… Walking (x's 2000!)
