A beautiful city Jan 27, 2009
If you are in Western Australia you have to take time to pay a visit to the beautiful city of Perth. If you're not staying in Perth, the best way to enter the city is by public transport. It's good and well organized. The prizes are average, a train ticket from example rockingham station cost for a family rider( two adults, two children)8.40 AUD( approx 4 euros). You can use this ticket to take the ferry to cross the swan river if you want to take a visit to Perth Zoo.For parking the car at the train station you can chose for two options, park and drive( free parking) or pay and display.

If you step out at Perth underground station go to Forrest place and go to the information stand. Here you will find all the information you want, book a guided tour and buy tourist things.

In the city you can take the free cat buses. You will find the Red, Blue and the Yellow cat buses. You can jump on and off where you want, bus stops are almost every 500 meters.

The shopping areas are Murray street mall, Hay street mall,Forrest place, and don't forget Piccadilly arc, carillon city and plaza arcade.

So.. the positive things about Perth are it's beautiful, friendly and lot to do and see.The negative thing about Perth is...you don't want to leave the city.

This is my second attempt at starting this blog, as the first one ended in disaster when I accidentally deleted the entire entry just before saving it.
