camping sequoia parc saint just-luzac Reviews
campsite with two faces Jul 12, 2011
We chooses this campsite after we visited the website of the campsite. This campsite belongs to the "Castels" hotellerie de plein air organization and we wanted to try this way of camping once.
The campsite is located on the property of a chateau and has a combination rentals of chalets, tents and pitches.
It is a big campsite, with about 300 chalets and 200 pitches between 90m2 up to 120m2 or bigger for tent caravan or camper vans. The swimming pool has 2000m2 water fun but very cold water and to sit down next to the pool is very difficult because of to less space for it.
For the children you find a big playground, a part for the little kids and a part for the bigger kids. A nice animal parc, just outside the campground the sports facilities like tennis field and combifield of soccer/ basketball and a volleyball and soccer field and great animations for kids up to 12 years old.
Also you find a big supermarket, restaurant, take away and bar.
On the campsite you find three sanitair blocks who are very clean and almost taken over by the swallow birds. The quality of the water temperature and pressure was very bad. After making notice of it, the problem was not solved.
It is a very noisy campsite because of the traffic on and around the campsite, it is not very safe for the children because cars are driving to fast also the staff was driving to fast and against the traffic.
The prizes for the campsite are expensive and if you see what you get for it, you can find this also on smaller campsites.
For us it was once in a life time, next time we choose the smaller family campsites. But that is our opinion.
