camping route des moulins Brou Reviews
good overnight campsite Jul 25, 2011
This campsite is a municipal camping and part of a recreation area of the village Brou. Located close to the A11 it is a good stop for a overnight if you are travelling to Bretagne or up north.
If you are on the campsite you have two options. As a one night stopper you stay close to the entrance and on daytime with nice weather you will have some noise of the swimming pool and children play grounds, if you stay longer you will be placed more on the aft side of the camping, that gives you more quietness but if there is nobody else, you are alone in that area. The area between these two field are used for the season places or permanent places for the local french people.
The sanitaire blocks are good and clean, nice adjustable and enough shower water, you can order bread at the reception, there is no shop, you can buy some ice cream and drinks.Next to the campsite there is a big lake where you can swim, sail and fish. There are horse back riding tracks, a paintball area and a running track around the lake to be sportive.
At the reception they speak a very little bit of English, but are very friendly.
This is a nice campsite if you stay here for a short visit to this area or is you needed a place to sleep.
