Hello Brendan. Depending on the type of things you like to do, there are lots of things in Spokane. The Centennial Trail runs through the entire length of the city and in to Idaho... mostly used by people on bikes, roller blades or walkers/runners. Riverfront Park downtown is fun with the Ice Palace (no ice skating in the summer though!) and "fair"-type rides and the Imax theatre. There's also Manito Park on the south hill, with many beautiful Gardens of different types. And then there's the mountains just to the north... Mt. Kit-Carson, Mt. Spokane, and some other smaller peaks for hiking and beautiful views! There are some nice lakes within an hour or so drive as well. Just a few ideas for ya! :-D

Israel For a Wedding.
Sep 12, 2007 - Sep 23, 2007
My friend decided to get married in Israel. If he had gotten married in SF I might not have gone, but since it was 9000 miles away, I had to go. So I spent two weeks in the holy land during the high holidays of two of the world's major religions.
