Average priced "Hotels & Accommodations" in Amsterdam, Netherlands
This is a good choice to spend some days in Amsterdam if you’re not quite fond of hotels and prefer to merge in the city. In this guest-house you get a key for one of the rooms in the historical (and less touristic) part of the city, so you have a quite independent stay. In Amsterdam you can reach almost everywhere on foot, so no problem at all! The hosts are truly friendly, providing you all…

Cheap "Restaurants, Cafes & Food" in Key West, Florida, USA
We ate at Bo's twice during our most recent stay here. Definitely reasonable, you order the food at the counter and seat down until it is brought to you. It looks like an old shack (maybe it is) but the location is good for people watching and it has that outdoor feel that I LOVE when I am vacationing in a tropical climate. We ate here for lunch both times. You can also get a beer or wine here at …

Free! "Sights & Attractions" in San Francisco, California, USA
If your lucky, the fog will have cleared and the sun will be shining down upon you making this bridge look glorious :-D However, the weather in the Bay is notoriously hard to predict and it may be 28C in the City and 12C and raining by the coast lol Best thing to do is keep an eye on the local weather before you arrive and play it by ear too. Keep your touristing plans flexible and when the sun…

Cheap "General Tips & Advice" in Belize
Make a Day of it!!! That is my advice to all you avid, or even virgin snorkellers/divers when you visit the Caye :-) Half a day won't get you as far out into the Reef, which means no Sharks, less tropical fish and not quite as good of a tan (if thats something you like to catch!) Pay about 30 Dollars for a full day with one of the local companies and do ask them about how long they have been doi…

Expensive "Restaurants, Cafes & Food" in Jakarta, Indonesia
As you can guess from the name, it's an International franchise restaurant which is originally from Taiwan. They have opened at several fancy malls in Jakarta such as Pondok Indah, Pacific Place and Plasa Indonesia. I went to the one in Arcadia Plasa Senayan. The place is typical family restaurants as mostly the guests are!. The food is good and pretty expensive. We had the salty fish fr…

Very cheap "Sights & Attractions" in Aksaray, Turkey
Caravanserais were built all over North Africa, Asia and South-Eastern Europe, especially between IX-XVI century. Sultanhanı Caravanserai was ordered by Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad (Kayqubad I), and build in XIII century (1229 - 1278). It was built with a rectangular shape, with only one gate, but large enough even for a large animals and vehicles to enter. In Sultanhanı Caravanserai you can…

Very cheap "Hostels" in Budapest, Hungary
I would say the best things about this hostel are: central location, small size and Liszt Opera. Unity it’s an apartment hostel in a residential building, so you get a very intimate environment in it, like “home feeling”, definitely not a party hostel. There’s a common and central area where all the “guests” have breakfast together, sharing the milk, the butter and such, and it…

Average priced "Restaurants, Cafes & Food" in Bandung, Indonesia
Bandung is so famous for its food. Everywhere you can find restaurants, I guess every meter, from the cheapest on the street to the most expensive ones in exclusive and luxury hotels. While going to the Setiabudi area, we found this restaurant of meatball (=Baso) specialist. Typical Indonesian food, soup with meatballs in it mixed with vegetable and noodle, one of my favorite anytime! Well, it …

Average priced "Hotels & Accommodations" in Brussels, Belgium
I stayed at this hotel during my Brussel trip. It's a very nice hotel! It's clean, has a nice bar and it's in the middle of Brussel-centre.

Average priced "Restaurants, Cafes & Food" in Aberystwyth, Wales, UK
The pub is definitely worth all the reviews that it has won. The food is tasty and in plentiful supply. I was stuffed after having soup of the day and roast pork. All the meat comes from the local farms, you can look out of the window on to fields with sheep in them (maybe don't order the lamb, if you're a sensitive little flower). They also have some wines, provided by the Celtic Wine Com…
