I truly think this is my fault. This was my first trip were I did not used lonely planet or any form of guide to give me an idea of how bad this hostel really is. Superb place to stay in Kanchanaburi. Fantastic value for money. 800 baht (about 16 euro) for ensuite double room with breakfast (not great). When going travelling for a long time, I like to book myself into somewhere nice for the first couple of nights after the long haul flight. First Antigua and Guatemala has the best value for your dollar spent. Like $7 US for a room. Antigua has lots of bars, and cool places to eat. I love this bar. You can see me there 4-5 times a moth! :) Great people, great music, lovely Cubans everywhere. There´s always many VIP Celebrities there. If you want to enjoy awesome party, then Bodeguita is the best choice.

Excellent hostel. The location is great right in the centre on the Liffy by the Temple Bar area. The security is excellent with a 24hours reception and they are the only ones who can buzz you in. The Giggling Tree is very pretty. It's visibly bright and beautiful and tucked in a gorgeous setting.
