Munnar, India -› Trivandrum, India -› …
During my 12 days' Kerala vacation, I visited Munnar and Trivandrum.
Munnar is a hillstation & is famous for large tea estates. I also visited some surrounding places such as Matupatty Dam, Echo Point, Top Station, Chinnar Wild Life Sanctuary, etc.
Trivandrum is the capital of Kerala. It has the famous Kovalam beach.
I also had a quick trip through backwaters in a government ferry from Alleppey to Kottayam.
In the end I had an overnight stay in Cochin before catching the return flight.

Though I'm off the cruise ship the ground still feels like it's moving. But the biggest difference I feel with being off the cruise ship is not having food be there instantaneously when I want it. In fact now I'm hungry and I face the specter of actually have to find food for myself.

Phnom Penh holds contradictions like none other. Dust flies everywhere due to a lack of paved roads. If you are on one of the few main roads you may have the privilege of tarmac but dodging the landmine of potholes is next to impossible. Few intersections have lights and stop sign are non-existent.…
