Recommend Ruby's for a good cheap breakfast.  Estelle's is good but pricey.Mickeys on Pescador Drive (southern end) does fantastic burritos on a Wednesday night.People rave about Waraguma's (Pescador Drive) lobster burrito (Belize$27) but we thought Mickey's burritos were much better.

This Mayan site is really impressive. It's a very large site with lots of temples, plazas and other buildings uncovered yet still largely covered by jungle. The only downside is that unfortunately the decoration did not survive being covered in jungle.

This is an active volcano about 1 hour from Antigua and is often providing a show i.e. flowing lava. It's a strenuous 1 hour walk up, (including climbing up lava at the top) and if you go in the afternoon a challenging walk down in the dark - bring a torch (flashlight)!
