During my 12 days' Kerala vacation, I visited Munnar and Trivandrum. Munnar is a hillstation & is famous for large tea estates. I also visited some surrounding places such as Matupatty Dam, Echo Point, Top Station, Chinnar Wild Life Sanctuary, etc. Trivandrum is the capital of Kerala. It has the famous Kovalam beach. I also had a quick trip through backwaters in a government ferry from Alleppey to Kottayam. In the end I had an overnight stay in Cochin before catching the return flight.
