April 14 my friend Suzi & I left for an overnight flight to Scotland for a month in the Highlands and a few islands. We rented a car and Suzi drove while I was the map reader. We saw many castles, (ruined and inhabited) beautiful scenery and met some genuinely nice people.

I'm planning a trip down to Australia in October. I'm kind of torn between Queensland and Adelaide. I've been to Queensland about 5 times, and never been to Adelaide. Should I settle for some where new?

Going through the Middle East in july is a steaming hot experience.
But it also includes some of the most spectacular ancient ruins it the world and stunning desert landscapes all aroud.
It gives you hackling in Egypt and some suprisingly friendly people in Syria.

My blog is finally finished!!!Me and Lori backpacked across Europe this summer and had the time of our lives and this is our trip!
Also, Lori and I decided to rate our cities out of 10 because train rides are long and we get bored..so I thought I'd share those as we had a lot of fun making them. Heres the criteria
/2 Hostel
/2 People
/2 Nightlife
/2 Sites
/2 Weather
/10 Total
but each City can recieve bonus points for whatever we feel like giving it bonus points for.

A full two weeks to see as much scenery as we can, including gardens, waterfalls, mountains, waterfalls, canyons, waterfalls, flowers, waterfalls, this time in more of the great northwestern part of the U.S.
Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, back to Idaho, Nevada and home.
