Well I am about to embark on a trip which is the first of its kind for me, I am taking time out from the UK to go and discover countries I have never visited before. I'l be starting in Oz, Perth-Sydney-Cairnes-Brisbain, the to NZ, Christchurch-Auckland, Fiji, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia. To keep track of my travels keep logged on!

I have been asked by family and friends why I went to Azerbaijan and how in the world I got a job there. I also get a lot of questions of what it is like here. So, I will do my best to tell about my past and present here.

Welcome to my Travel Blog. I will be travelling from Vancouver on the 16th of April with a short stopover in Santa Barbara then on to Guatemala on April 19th and then by land south to Argentina and flying out of Rio de Janeiro Brazil on August 27th.

Almost a year spent travelling to Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

My blog is of my trip around Central and South America, i am backpacking for 6months from Oct - April. This is my first time backpacking.

6/30 Update: Decided to head to Southern India and visit Kerala and Goa. Home 7/16 :( 6/6 Update: 6/14 Off to Tibet! 5/25 Update: Looks like we are off to Nepal having just finished two weeks in Sikkim, blog updates to follow ----------------- Well this is it! We FINALLY have decided on our next destination and it is India for April-July. Plans are to start in Delhi-Agra-Rajasthan and then probably head to the Eastern Himalaya and go trekking in Sikkim and possibly Bhutan.

Leaving my job teaching for a year, I am travelling around the globe...home just in time for Christmas.

Summary of my travels since starting to travel for work in 2004. Three continents and three jobs later, this blog is an ongoing work in process. Travel blog of Toby and Nicole. The plan is: First one month in France, then we fly into Mexico City, make our way down south through the continent, hop over to Cuba along the way and fly out of Sao Paulo 11 months later.

My first trip to South America. I have 5 weeks with no set plans. So i will see where the road takes me. Welcome to my travel blog. We only live ONCE (unless you are Buddhist). And lately, I wanted to do something about that. So I decided to explore the world to make some kind of pilgrimage. So I left what I have to find what I don't. I'll be traveling for seven months to France, Germay, Turkey, India, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Etiopia, and Tanzania.
