Most Memorable Travel Experience
Many. Walking across the Brooklyn Bridge in NY, taking a helicopter to the bottom of the Grand Canyon in AZ, whitewater rafting on the Shenandoah River, in West Virgina, the lights of Las Vegas, 2nd row seats at the Grand Ole Opry, 4th of July fireworks over Mt. Rushmore, watching Old Faithful erupt, taking the Durago-Silverton railroad in Colorado, canoeing the North Platte in Nebraska, watching a Civil War cannon being fired at Ft. Delaware, seeing the Cubs play at Wrigley Field and the Red Sox at Fenway, horseback riding in Montana, seeing a Saturn V rocket at Cape Canaveral, visiting the Lincoln Memorial in DC, picking peaches in Georgia, and many many more.
Profile
I really enjoy traveling, especially here in the US. I do want to see other countries, but before I die I am going to visit and experience all 50 states in the union. 30 states down and only 20 to go. I can't wait to write all about them. Maybe my granchildren will read these blogs one day, and think "Wow! Grandpa was cool! I wonder what happened"

Brighton, Colorado, USA -› -› ...
Here are a few pictures of Brighton, CO. There is nothing to see in Brighton to bring a tourist in, unless you are very interested in the local history. This is a quiet community with no major crime, but close enough to Denver to enjoy the big city. Don't move here, we are large enough already.

I was sent to Manassas, VA on business. I did not expect to have any free time for sightseeing. I was pleasantly surprised to get Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning off. I got to take in some of Washington DC on Saturday and then the Manassas Battlefield on Sunday
