  We have found the purchase of guided tours to be the best way to do museums and monuments for a couple of reasons.   Most importantly you get to by bypass all lines (Lines in Europe can be a nightmare!) and secondly these guided tours are normally very informative and interesting.   Keeping teenagers interested and attentive… Florence & the Statue of David - Trent

  We have eaten some of the best food of our lives, seen the best art, drunk the best wine and been to Mass at the most amazing churches!  I think our photos tell a story of the Florence part of our journey so I will just leave it at that… Food, wine, art, history and religion an amazing mix!!

I also finally did some shopping :) The best scarves I have found so far (and the best prices) are over by the Medici Chapel. I also finally found stamps (they sell them in tobacco stores here). In the evening a bunch of us went up to the Piazza Michelangelo again and watched… Last day in Florence!
