I have been to Romania four times. Each Romania was different, but people are very friendly. I visited all Black Coast and Bucharest, Contanta , Galati and Suceava. Trains come on time. First, I visited Romania in 1992. From Istanbul to Romania I went by bus only 25 Euro last summer. I liked Galati very much.
