There are many ways to see ayres rock either from plane, walking, tours, on camels, or climbing the rock it's self, you will be amaized by the sheer beauty of this aboriginal rock.

Uluru and Katja djuka (don't know how you spell it) it is the best! we climbed up it you can see for miles around! you can take tours in buses to see the waterholes which is good as well! i definatly suggest doing and sunrise and sunset tour.

If you want a dinner out, you could book a table at the dining under the stars, it is outside with a buffet in the middle of knowhere. They have people playing the didgeridoo and at the end of the night they do a hour long presentation on the stars! they have telescopes that look at Venus and Jupiter. The miklky way looks so close and clear!
