Hi !
You have to go to the "Früh Restaurant". It`s near the Dom and it`s very nice there. Also I can give you a link for the cologne nightlife. So you can look by yourself for a location. :) http://www.cologneweb.com/nitelife.htm There you find a lot of clubs and other things in cologne.
