Zwolle is very young by its character and warm with the atmosphere. During the mornings you can see how the city becomes alive. To the late afternoon and evening it is so evolved that you can dig in the nightlife and meet a lot of people.

Zwolle has some beautiful buildings like the Sassenpoort and the "Peperbus". Also there is a nature museum called Ecodrome.

The city has about 115000 inhabitants. It is easily accessible by road, train and bus. It is surrounded by four rivers: the IJssel, Vecht, Aa and Zwarte Water. On Friday and Saturday it has a very large open air market in the city centre.

Day off with the girls

Today I had a day off work and spent it with my two wonderful daughters. I did have a few things to do but made it fun for them too and we had a good day together. First we did a few things around the house. Then we went into town on the bike which my eldest loves especially. She has just learned to ride her bike without side wheels and she would be riding all day and night if you let her!
