Zur Linde Oberursel Reviews
Historical German guesthouse with 800 year old tree Dec 22, 2011
Best I had for a long time. The portions are big, the food delicious, the service great.
If you get a chance, check out the lunch Menu. There are steak days, Schnitzel days and a weekly changig menue with all kind of specialties on it. Always served with soup, salad and dessert.
It was the best Steak and Schnitzel I ate in a long time, so we kept going back as much as possible. They have 8 different type of Schnitzel and all are sooo large, for a small price. Even the large drinks are normal priced. The service was fantastic and very nice to the child also.
The tree in the yard is 800 years old...The house itself full of history. In the summer it is fantastic to sit outside and enjoy a typical German outing.
The family that runs the place now is originally Yugoslavian -and therefore they have fantastic ethnic food as well.
