Zulu Cafe is a wonderul restaurant that is chef owned. This establishment serves the best swordfish around and regulars include Laguna Beach locals as well as tourists from all over the world. The restaurant is small; seating approximately 40 people. The kitchen is in the front of the restaurant and much like a sushi bar, they have seating for approximately 8 people at the bar that overlooks the kitchen. If you prefer, there is table seating. They have a pretty good wine list to accompany your meal. This place is worth checking out if you're in Orange County. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, particulary during the busy summer tourist season. If you don't care for fish and eat meat, try their meatloaf. It's the best meatloaf ever but the swordfish is king at this place. Truly exceptional.
