Zold Pardon Travel Reviews

Aug 27, 2007
Zold Pardon is a big, outdoor venue that has a few bars and live music. There are lots of Budapest locals here and it seems pretty popular among a young crowd for dancing, drinking, and partying. When I went there was a live band playing. Definitely wasn't folk music, but I'm sure the lineup changes depending on the day.

Not sure if they serve food here. You are probably better off eating somewhere else, then coming here after. (Check out my review of the Columbus Pub for a place to avoid -- mainly tourists, and food was average at best)

Overall, a really fun place, plenty of room, and a cool outdoor venue. Everyone there was friendly and having fun.

makmak says: If you want to have some fun Budapest is the best place ever to go to. Compared to other European countries it is cheap (entrance tickets from (0£ - 4-5£ in most of the cases free for girls), and whichever kind of music you prefer I`m sure you `ll find the right place to have great fun. Since Buda...
surfinbird says: If you are going to Budapest ,and you are between the ages of 26-40, then the Old Man's Pub is the place to be. This has got to be the best hangout in eastern Europe. Great food and drinks, live music every night, and after the live music is done they got 2 small dance floors for you to let it loose....
semih says: this pub is really nice if you want to dance and/or listen to live music...
