Nice open-air place with crappy audience Mar 08, 2011
I've been attending this open-air club since the age of 15. As years go by, the audience is getting more and more crappy (full of 12 year olds and messy older people) But the music and the prices are okay. There are concerts every day, and after that, varied music all night long.

So if you don't mind the company, I advise it.

Zold Pardon is a big, outdoor venue that has a few bars and live music. There are lots of Budapest locals here and it seems pretty popular among a young crowd for dancing, drinking, and partying. When I went there was a live band playing. Definitely wasn't folk music, but I'm sure the lineup changes depending on the day.

Not sure if they serve food here. You are probably better off eating somewhere else, then coming here after. (Check out my review of the Columbus Pub for a place to avoid -- mainly tourists, and food was average at best)

Overall, a really fun place, plenty of room, and a cool outdoor venue. Everyone there was friendly and having fun.
