Yummy Thai cooking class Mar 21, 2008
I love cooking....ok...I love eating as well!! I walked pass the hotel lobby and saw "Bai pai Thai Cooking School" thinking why not...it work out to be AUD$50.00 for the class. I got pick up in the morning from our hotel, it took 15mins from MBK shopping centre. It was a small class...8 of us from different country. We learn 4 dishes(different menu everyday) and the best thing is we had it as our lunch.

The setting of the kitchen are great, the teacher will demonstration once before we try to cook the same dishes ourself...of course it will turn out a little different but hey...they tasted alright.

our menu of that day was
Banana Pudding "Kha-nom Gouay"
Fish cake "tod man pla"
Stuff chicken wing topped with pa-nang curry sauce"pa-nang peek gai sodd sai"
Fried Rice with port"khao pad moo"

check out the web page yourself www.baipai.com

simple but stylish kitchen
