Yard House

I went to the Yard House to spend thirty minutes sitting in a booth waiting for a server to take our order. Never Happened.

We ended up leaving the establishment with nothing to eat or drink. It wasn't until we hit the door that a manager asked how are experience was, and I began to let him know that they need to improve in their customer service skills, table times, and guest relations. It was then that the manager offered to comp a meal. We chose not to, since it was getting later and we had other plans.

I hope others have better experiences, since it looks like a nice place.

We ate here after our class. the first time i ate here was at the newport beach, CA location back in 2003. the yard house is located in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, IL, KA, & NV.

we went here during happy hour. all the selective appetizers are half off. if you come on monday night football it is half till kick off to the end of the game.

i ordered the SEARED AHI SASHIMI lightly blackened served with soy vinaigrette, wasabi and pickled ginger and LETTUCE WRAPS
Stir fried, smoke tofu, pine nuts and green onions with three dipping sauces and choice chicken. THIS WAS VERY GOOD.

my cuz, john ordered the CLASSIC SLIDERS
four mini burgers made from Naturewell® Natural Angus Beef served with cheddar cheese, our house special sauce, fries and pickle and HOUSE SALAD mixed greens with broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots and peanut vinaigrette.

my cuz'z gf, ashley ordered the seared ahi tuna as well and BABY LEAF SPINACH portabella mushrooms, red onions, smoked gouda, tomatoes, croutons and balsamic vinaigrette.

it was a sports bar. flat screen tv all over the restaurant. our waiter was very helpful and friendly.
